Created in 1999 by Donald Jackson Jr. "J.A.I.D.E" was an acronym for (Jackson's Arts, Innovative Designs and Entertainment.) This was the beginning to showcase his artwork by using a cartoon style, graphic logo designs, music and photography as a signature for prints and apparel. Years later J.A.I.D.E refined ambitions and streamlined idea's which lead to the creation of "Jaide Designs." As a new brand, this encourage himself and others to "Never Settle for Less."
Born in Chesapeake, Virginia Donald Jackson's desire was to create art and drawings that had big impact on his life at a very young age. When his family moved to Richmond Virginia, he received several different art awards and recognition from local art programs and events throughout high school. Mr. Jackson continued as a casual artist after high school and still to this day.
Value of "Jaide Designs" chosen colors are grey, black and white. The colors give a strong and positive balance while the letters and logo represent an optimistic future in which the company represents.
